Shipping Policy

Misskurti offering Free Delivery for all orders (In India) if your total order amount is more than Rs. 699/-. Otherwise Rs. 40/- is charged towards shipping charges. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies (DTDC / Delhivery / XpressBees / FEDEX etc for Domestic and FEDEX / UPS / Indian Postal Service for International Buyers).

Order will dispatch within 1-2 Days from the Date of Order’s Confirmation. We’ll update you with Order Confirmation Email / Message once the Order Placed by you.

All domestic orders will take about 4 -7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 12 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and Strikes.

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state otherwise have to Pay as per Courier Partner’s Charges. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

Duties & Taxes

For Indian Customers products prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

As the recipient, you are liable to pay all import duties, custom duty, local Sales/Vat taxes and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are residing or you are importing the product to. Payment of these taxes/duties at the time of delivery is necessary to get the delivery of product from transport/courier agencies.

International Shipping and Handling Times

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as personalized orders may take longer. International deliveries could take anywhere from 5-14 business days depending on the country and customs procedures on arrival.

Shipment Tracking -

We notify our customers via a Shipment confirmation Email / Message within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s).

This shipping confirmation Email / Message will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
